Beginning Monday, March 23, the second phase of preventative work will begin in the Fee Lane Garage. Work happening in this phase will include concrete patching, epoxy injections throughout the garage, and application of a traffic bearing membrane on the ground level. This work will be happening in phased sections with an anticipated completion date of August 1.
This phase of the project will require access to various areas across all levels of the garage and will involve temporary space closures as locations are addressed. A full garage closure take place later in the summer near the July 4th holiday. More information will be communicated once schedules are confirmed.
Drive lanes within the garage will remain open apart from the full closure in the summer.
